Fancy Legs is a Rock n' Roll / Power Pop / New Wave musical group hailing from Akron, Ohio - the former Rubber Capital of the World that spawned some of our favorite bands. Fancy Legs first came together in 2015 and fell apart in 2016.

Seems the band had something of a false start, but not before the Akron Beacon Journal had the chance to dub them as "unfussy, power-chord loving rockers" (that Malcolm X Abram like, got us, man.)

In 2018, original Fancy Legs members (or Fleggers if you will) Corey Jenkins and John Rosenberg set out to reform the band. This time they were joined by Mike Karl (Corey's first cousin, once removed).
Corey Allen Jenkins - Guitar, Synthesizer, Vocals
Corey has been playing in bands in and around Akron since his teens. Notable former bands include : Whatever You Want, 20GOTO10, Foxx Hunt, The Jenks, The Sharpe Tooth, and Time Cat. He is currently also a member of Sons of Midori. Corey's biggest influences are The Cars, Mick Ronson, David Bowie, The Waitresses, Randy Rhoads, Be-Bop Deluxe, Small Faces, Tin Huey, Talking Heads, The Rolling Stones, Roxy Music, New York Dolls, DEVO, Fats Domino, etc.

John Cameron Rosenberg II - Guitar
John has been in bands ever since he first attended Julliard upon discovering his knack for music. Notable former bands include : 50lbs of Heroine, 12in Privates, Of Norka, Captain Geech & The Shrimp Shack Shooters, and Explicit Nothing. Some of John's favs include Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmy Page, The Ramones, Zakk Wylde, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Between The Buried And Me, Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Meshuggah, Animals As Leaders, and James Marshall Hendrix.

Michael Alan Karl - Drums
Mike has been active since his high school years. He was formerly a member of Shadows Claim, and Sintenel, and is currently also a member of Edicine.
